You’ll be the first impression, and the lasting one. Working closely with our patient relations, care coordinators and clinical team, you’ll ensure that every guest experience is smooth, comforting, and memorable.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
· Warmly welcoming each patient and creating a sense of calm and trust from the moment they walk in.
· Anticipating guest needs, from refreshments to personalised assistance, making every visit feel exceptional.
· Supporting the patient journey — helping coordinate appointments, schedules, and liaising with the wider clinic team.
· Managing the patient lounge to ensure it reflects the premium experience we offer — always pristine, professional, and inviting.
· Resolving queries with care — dealing with any concerns promptly and confidently, ensuring a seamless experience.
· Elevating service standards — identifying opportunities to surprise and delight, always looking for ways to go the extra mile.
