Provide an overall welcoming environment while ensuring the safety of the community and residents. Ensures room readiness for guests. Checks guests in and out. * Receives payments rent fees, Guest Suites, activities, and events as well as services and products. * Receives mail and packages and ensures they are distributed accurately and timely. * Updates and maintains resident/family emergency list and contact information as changes occur. * Processes clubhouse reservations for private events and guest suites. * Receives requests for maintenance and housekeeping services. * Performs any necessary administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, typing, data entry, envelope stuffing, addressing, or stamping. * Ensures reception area and Clubhouse are kept neat and clean. * Notifies Director when items need to be ordered, received, and maintained office and kitchen supplies. * Assists with activities/events as needed. * Other duties as assigned. Education, Experience and Other Requirements * High School diploma or GED * Previous experience as concierge or providing resident services * Must be at least 18 years of age Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required * Microsoft Office programs * Promote teamwork in providing services to residents.
