Description Job Title: Concierge Location: Hyatt Regency Downtown Tulsa We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team. The Concierge will be one of the first point of contact for our guests, and will be responsible for ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The Concierge is responsible for the presentation of food/beverage service, cleanliness, deliveries, and stocking of the Regency Club. Responsibilities: - Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner - Provide information about the property and local area - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a clean and organized Regency Club - Set up food and beverage presentations in the Regency Club - Clean and stock Regency club as needed - Assist the front desk, bell stand, and/or PBX after completing Regency club duties - Assist with booking reservations and arranging transportation - Perform other duties as assigned Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
