JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding security protocols.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in law enforcement or security roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with surveillance equipment and loss prevention techniques is highly desirable.
  • Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused during long shifts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and interaction with team members and the public.

    Pay: $17.32-$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems, including CCTV.
  • Ensure the safety of all individuals on-site by identifying and addressing potential security risks.
  • Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of buildings and property to prevent theft, vandalism, or other criminal activities.
  • Document incidents and prepare reports on security breaches or unusual occurrences.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service while interacting with the public and addressing their concerns.
