Responsibilities

As a Concierge / Customer Service Officer you will provide care and support that enhances our resident’s wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.
You will enjoy working within our Better Together® social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

What does your new role look like?

  • Assisting our residents with general inquiries
  • Ensure the reception area is always clean and well presented
  • Assist with the upload of documents and information for the residents
  • Assist with administrative tasks including documentation management and responding to queries over the phone or via email
  • Maintaining client and staff database/records
  • Ordering supplies such as staff uniform, stationary, laundry and housekeeping orders
