Genesee Apartments & Townhomes is seeking a professional full-time evening concierge to join their team in Bloomington, MN. As the concierge, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service. This team member is the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors and has a professional appearance and attitude.

• Creates a positive impression of StuartCo by always greeting visitors cordially, using empathy and tact, and making sure their individual needs are met.
• Answers inquiries, offers suggestions, and provides descriptive literature pertaining to trips, excursions, sports events, concerts, and plays.
• Discusses routes, time schedules, rates, and types of accommodations with residents to determine preferences and makes reservations.
• Verifies arrival and departure times, traces routes on maps, and arranges for baggage handling and other services requested by residents.
• Delivers tickets.
• Performs other related duties as requested by supervisor.
