The JOB: As Concierge Supervisor, your friendly, energic and professional personality will be a major part of our guest's memorable escape. In this position, the majority of your time will be to assist our guests in enjoying their stay as we work to exceed their expectations. With class and style, you will welcome our precious guests and help ensure they are enjoying their time on the Island, assisting with excursions, reservations and whatever else we can do to provide a one of a kind get away. This role will also support the Resort Services Manager in offering support to the Resort Services team as needed. This role requires excellent communication skills, high energy, attention to detail and a big smile. You should be efficient, observant, and personable.
