• Lead and support all Concierge operations in the absence of the Chief Concierge, ensuring seamless service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Supervise the Wheels team, main hotel driveway, car stacker, transportation services, and courier/postal dispatching.
• Champion the Whatever/Whenever culture, creating personalized and memorable experiences for every guest.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to anticipate guest needs and deliver an exceptional, tailor-made stay.
• Maintain a service philosophy that inspires and guides your team to excellence.
