ABOUT THE ROLE

Your role will be crucial in providing a warm welcome and directing our visitors and members to the right places, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the first point of contact for all external visitors and members.
• Manage the front desk, ensuring coverage at all times.
• Direct visitors to the mailroom, Members Lounge, and conference areas.
• Assist with basic inquiries and provide information on events and seminars.
• Support the Facilities team with maintenance contractors and garage access.
