We are seeking a reliable, personable, proactive, and impeccably presented Onsite Concierge to be the welcoming face and trusted point of contact for residents of our prestigious luxury apartment complex. In this highly service-oriented role, you will help deliver a seamless, hotel-style living experience by assisting residents, coordinating services, and maintaining the overall elegance and efficiency of our building operations.

• Greet residents and guests with warmth and professionalism
• Provide assistance with bookings (facilities, amenities, deliveries etc.)
• Receive and manage parcels, dry cleaning, and resident deliveries
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and contractor access
• Respond promptly to resident enquiries and service requests
• Liaise with building management, cleaners, and security as needed
• Monitor lobby and common areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation
• Assist in maintaining access control and visitor logs
• Support community engagement and resident satisfaction initiatives
