Concierge Team Lead (10359)   At the NSW Department of Education, we educate and inspire lifelong learners – from early childhood, through schooling to vocational education and training.   Ongoing Full-Time Located in Eveleigh with flexible working arrangements available Competitive salary of $129,464 - $142,665 pa plus superannuation and leave loading   About the role The Concierge Team Lead provides operational leadership for the concierge teams at the Department’s 8 Central Avenue Eveleigh and 105 Phillip Street Parramatta and offices. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, guiding staff and fostering a culture of service excellence.   The role leads the delivery of high-quality concierge services for visitors and staff at the two offices, improving operational systems and processes to consistent and professional service delivery in accordance with agreed standards and objectives.   This role is part of the broader Office Accommodation team, which also provides asset and property management for the Department’s Education Support Offices across New South Wales.   For further information please click here to view the role description.   About you - Strong customer service skills in a front facing role Proven staff management experience Demonstrated experience in providing a high standard of customer service in a front-line service environment. Ability to balance conflicting priorities Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.   Essential requirements of the role Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent workplace experience.
