Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a front-of-house team to deliver best-in-class service.
  • Act as the primary contact for all operational and logistical front-of-house enquiries.
  • Collaborate with Mitie managers in a one-team approach across services.
  • Champion continuous improvement and drive change across departments.
  • Ensure safety, customer service, and operational standards are consistently met.
  • Engage with stakeholders, manage expectations, and respond to feedback.
  • Provide monthly reports on staffing, consumables, and service efficiencies.
  • Support the Facilities Manager Concierge and deputise when required.
