Responsibilities

The primary role of the Concierge is to assist residents with their day-to-day requests by coordinating maintenance requests, attending to lifestyle and hospitality requests, arranging transport, assisting with medical and pharmacy requirements.

In addition, the concierge is responsible for:

  • Ensuring common areas are presented in a neat and tidy manner, reporting any requirements for repairs, maintenance and/or special cleaning
  • Assisting at in-house events and functions
  • Attending to various administrative tasks
