Company Description Avaton Luxury Beach Resort - Relais & Chateaux (www.avaton.com) is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Concierge Agent to join our team. As a Concierge Agent at Avaton Luxury Beach Resort, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet and welcome them, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and provide helpful information about the resort, surrounding area, and hotel's amenities & activities. Additionally, you will handle guest inquiries, resolve any issues or complaints, and ensure a smooth and memorable stay for our guests. We are proud to be one of the 580 members of Relais & Châteaux, an association of worldwide independent hotel and restaurant owners. Job Description Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices. Resolve customer complaints with the utmost professionalism. Promptly inform the Management team. Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Provide information about the resort's facilities, services, and local attractions Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally Maintain accurate guest records Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues Ensure a clean and organized front desk area Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and security protocols Qualifications Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to multitask and work under pressure Attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Legal right to work in Greece, EU.
