As a leading hotel in the luxury market, Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is looking for a Concierge to join this beautiful property!
This Forbes 5-Star, AAA 5-Diamond hotel has 170 rooms, 6,300 square feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes an elevated Mediterranean restaurant, a rooftop restaurant, lobby lounge, and in-room dining.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment working with high-end clientele, have a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences. Prior concierge experience and knowledge of the local area are required. Multilingual and Forbes 5-Star luxury hotel experience are a plus.

  • Classification: Full-Time
  • Shift: Various - must have availability to work days, nights, weekends, and Holidays.
  • Pay Range: The pay rate for this position is $26.54 per hour. After successful completion of 9 months of employment, the pay rate will increase to 90%, per the collective bargaining agreement.

As a Concierge, you would be responsible for assisting guests with various tasks related to their visit and for providing information about the hotel and the local vicinity in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Provide information, recommendations and booking services for a variety of guest inquiries, including, but not limited to, directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, transportation and travel arrangements, tour and event tickets, restaurant reservations, and medical care
  • Process and deliver messages for guests
  • Retrieve mail, small packages and facsimiles for guests as requested
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, business and dining activities both inside and outside the hotel for guests
  • Respond to special requests for services including, but not limited to, dentists, doctors, child care, florists, etc.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Register VIP guests, as needed
  • Promote Company marketing programs and distribute printed materials, as needed
