Description Winvian Farm is a luxury resort located in the Litchfield Hills. Our staff is dedicated to exceptional guest service above all else. Join our dedicated team as a Concierge. You will play an important role in helping provide our guests with extraordinary service. Some key responsibilities include: taking hotel reservations, checking guests in and out in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, handling guest requests promptly, and coordinating on-site or local area activities. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $17.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Employee Assistance Program Requirements This position requires a flexible schedule, working rotating shifts, and some weekends & holidays. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong knowledge of the local area and it's activities. The right candidate needs to be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license. 1-2 years of hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Concierge, you will assist guests with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs while providing exceptional service. You will also handle guest requests and coordinate activities in the local area.
