Concord Theatricals Recordings is a musical theater record label that records and releases cast albums and albums by musical theater performers. Our department is a hybrid between the Theatricals division and the Recorded Music division. As the Concord Theatricals Recordings Intern, you'll gain a comprehensive, behind-the-scenes understanding of how a musical theater record label operates from music publishing and production to album release and promotional events. By working directly with our team, you'll develop practiccal skills in music adminstration,event coordination, and database management. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to recording session preparations, gaining insight into the logistics and workflow of professional studio environments. Our paid internship program will give you a unique opportunity to enhance your professional skillset, increase your knowledge of the industry, and expand your network. Our goal is to help you develop your talents as well as receive dedicated mentorship and support. Our Spring Internship Program will run from Tuesday, January 27th – Friday, April 3rd and allows interns to work up to a maximum of 20 hours per week. This internship is a paid in-person opportunity and requires the ability to work in the specified office location. Responsibilities What you'll do: Entering new music into music publishing database Assiting at album release events Working on adminstrative task related to new album releases Assiting with recording session preparation Qualifications What you'll need: Passion for theater and recorded music This internship is a part-time paid internship and requires someone located in/near New York City The timeline of this internship program runs from Tuesday, January 27th – Friday, April 3rd. Responsibilities
