We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be proficient in various construction management software. This role involves working on-site to assist with concrete Cribbing and pouring of Townhome foundations as well as retaining walls. NOW HIRING: CONCRETE CRIBBING FOREMAN
Looking for an experienced Concrete Cribbing Foreman to join our team. Must have experience in residential and/or commercial cribbing. Full-time work, competitive pay, and steady projects.

• Experience in cribbing and forming
• Ability to lead a small crew 3-4 men crew size

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in construction with a focus on concrete work preferred.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes within the construction industry.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
• Experience in budgeting and construction estimating is a plus.
• Supervising experience is beneficial for overseeing project teams effectively.

• Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various structures, including foundations, slabs, and walls.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct quality control checks on materials and finished work to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Utilize construction management software such as Buildertrend, Bluebeam, for project tracking and reporting.
• Participate in budgeting discussions and assist in construction estimating as needed.
• Provide supervision to junior laborers or apprentices when required, fostering a collaborative work environment.
