Under the direction of Supervisors you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including set up, pouring, leveling and the use manual tools as well. BASIC/REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

• Valid Driver’s License will be given preference and ability to provide copy of driver’s abstract
• Working knowledge of the use of common hand and power tools relative to concrete finishing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
• Ability to maintain simple records and make verbal reports
• Strong adherence to Bradbosh safety policies and protocol
• Legally authorized to work in Canada

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Skid steer and other landscape machinery experience
• Setup, install and check formwork framing system
• Pouring, leveling, filling voids, remove defects to complete flatwork tasks
• Leveling, sealing, waterproofing, cure and finishing on concrete surfaces
• Ability to take direction, learn and work independently as well as part of a team
• Motivated and energetic team player with an attention to detail and great work ethic
• Valid Class 5 license
• Ability to drive truck and trailer an asset

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Ability to perform moderate to heavy intensive tasks for extended periods of time
• Working in a variety of outdoor environments with the ability to withstand cold and hot temperatures
• Cold weather, on-call during winter months
• Physically Demanding position
• Significant standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling
• Repetitive Motions
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push and pull weights of up to 50 - 100 lbs
