LEAD HAND CONCRETE FINISHER – NORTHSTONE CONCRETE

Northstone Concrete is a fast-growing concrete forming and finishing company specializing in structural and architectural concrete for residential and multi-family projects. We’re committed to professionalism, safety, and top-quality craftsmanship. As we expand, we’re looking for an experienced Lead Hand Concrete Finisher to oversee finishing crews and ensure our high standards are consistently met.

• Lead and work alongside a team of finishers on a variety of projects: slabs, driveways, walls, stairs, architectural finishes, stamped, and exposed aggregate.
• Read drawings and specifications to ensure accurate layout and finishing execution.
• Direct workflow, delegate tasks, and mentor junior finishers and labourers.
• Operate and maintain finishing tools and equipment (hand tools, power trowels, stamps, etc.).
• Monitor quality and ensure all work meets Northstone’s standards for appearance, strength, and durability.
• Uphold safety policies and promote a professional work environment.
• Report progress to site supervisors and ensure timelines are met.
