Rate from £14 + Depending on your skills and experience

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

• Experience in Finishing or a similar role
• Have pride in your work with keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills

• You will be instrumental in the end process of the product, ensuring the final appearance of the precast unit is to standard
• Washing off residual concrete, using water or specialised cleaning solutions to remove any leftover debris, dust, or cement residue
• Using grinders / sanders to remove any imperfections in the surface ensuring a smooth, uniform finish
• Being proactive in repairing any potential defect or cracks that may be noticed during Finishing
• Maintaining high standards of quality control throughout the process, ensuring the product meets all the required tolerances and specifications
• Collaborate with other members of the Precast team, such as form workers, rebar steel fixers, and quality control inspectors
