What You’ll Do Serve in a working foreman role, leading by example on the job site Maintain equipment daily and perform regularly scheduled maintenance on equipment Lead a team of installers applying concrete solutions for foundation repair Assist with evaluating job site conditions and implementing necessary adjustments Work with your crew to complete projects that transform and protect customers’ homes Follow proven, company-approved methods to ensure quality and customer satisfaction Troubleshoot issues and make real-time adjustments as needed Work both indoors and outdoors, depending on the project scope (primarily outdoors) Communicate with customers throughout the job to ensure a remarkable experience Attend weekly team meetings What We Offer You Competitive starting wage with weekly bonus opportunities, allowing top earners to make $30+ an hour. Requirements 1+ years of construction experience, with leadership experience preferred A valid non-probationary driver’s license (and/or CDL). Detail-oriented with mechanical knowledge for equipment care Strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Ability to lift and move materials, work on your knees, and operate power tools Comfortable using phone and tablet apps for work High school diploma or GED required Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
