SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team at Elevation Construction Inc. in Winnipeg. This role is essential in supporting our mission of providing high-quality concrete foundations, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of excellence.

Qualifications * Proven experience in construction, particularly in concrete work.

• Strong understanding of blueprint reading and schematics.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
• Supervising experience is an asset but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with construction management software is a plus

• Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete foundations.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure the integrity of the work performed.
• Assist with site preparation, including excavation and grading as needed.
• Provide support to supervisors and contribute to team efforts effectively.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
