Description As a General Concrete Construction Laborer, you will be a vital member of our construction team, engaging in physical labor to build, set, and repair concrete structures. This role requires physical strength, stamina, and a keen attention to safety protocols. Responsibilities Include: - Assist in setting up and preparing construction sites as directed. - Operate tools and machinery for concrete preparation, mixing, pouring, and finishing. - Transport and handling various construction materials, tools, and equipment. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient work progress. - Follow instructions from supervisors and implement construction plans effectively. - Participate in training and safety programs to enhance job performance and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards. Requirements Qualification Include: - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. - Valid driver's license preferred - Experience in concrete construction or a related field is advantageous. - Strong understanding of construction tools and equipment. - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions. - Commitment to safety guidelines and a strong work ethic. - Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Physical Qualifications Include: - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. - Ability to stand, walk, and move for long hours. - Must be able to kneel, bend, and squat frequently. Working Conditions: - Outdoor construction sites in varying weather conditions - Exposure to dust, mud, loud noise, and heavy equipment - Must wear personal protective equipment Employment Requirements Include: - MUST be eligible to work in the U.S. - MUST be capable of completing Job Specific Physical - MUST be able to pass a drug test
