Description

We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our team as a Concrete Laborer. The ideal candidate should have experience in working with concrete, as well as a good understanding of construction safety practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of construction sites by cleaning and clearing debris
  • Operate equipment such as concrete pumps, power screeds, and trowels
  • Smooth and finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
  • Install concrete forms and reinforcing materials
  • Perform general maintenance on tools and equipment
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Work independently or as part of a team

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in concrete work preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
