THE OPPORTUNITY:

This is a Full-Time permanent position. The Production Team Member is responsible for the manufacturing of various Precast Concrete Elements, which will require working in a team setting with a number of different machines and tools in order to meet production requirements. This is a straight day shift.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Initiative, good attendance record and dependable
• Ability to read tape measure (metric/imperial) and drawings
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work with little supervision
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal communication
• Safety first attitude

As a key member in our Production Team, you will be responsible for:

• Working in a safe manner
• Wearing all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Stripping of concrete out of forms
• Cleaning forms and prepping them for new pours
• Cutting and assembling rebar
• Pouring concrete into forms
• Finishing concrete to meet QC requirements – patching, grinding, inspecting
• Cleaning up work area
• Maintaining a professional and respectful manner when dealing with all other team members, customers and visitors
• Any other duties as assigned
