Got Concrete Inc., a well-established concrete company based in the north end of Georgetown, is currently hiring for two positions. We’re looking for hardworking, reliable individuals seeking long-term, year-round employment in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Position 1: Machine Operator / General Labourer

We are seeking a skilled operator/labourer with experience using small to medium equipment, including:

• Skid steers
• Excavators
• Bulldozers

Key Duties:

• Excavation, demolition, backfilling, grading, and breaking
• Setting and following grade using laser or string
• Shoveling, raking, and soil compaction
• Operating dump trucks, pickup trucks, and trailers
• Floating equipment and basic tie-down knowledge
• Assisting with form setting, concrete pouring, chipping, saw cutting, and mixing

Requirements:

• Valid G or A/R driver’s license
• Prior experience in equipment operation and general construction
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Position 2: Concrete Labourer

We’re looking for someone with solid experience in concrete work, especially:

• Foundation forming (Dura forms or stick forming)
• Slab work, curbs, footings, sidewalks, and prep
• Laying and tying rebar/steel/mesh/foam/poly
• Grinding, drilling, and saw cutting

The more experience and technical knowledge, the better.
