Your daily tasks will involve physical labour and teamwork, and you’ll have the chance to operate various hand and power tools. We’re seeking individuals who are safety-conscious and ready to roll up their sleeves. Working hours are 10-12 hours per day, Monday through Saturday, with responsibilities such as:

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years of hands-on concrete labour experience (commercial or civil construction preferred).
• Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, finishing, and curing processes.
• Experience with concrete tools, equipment, and formwork.
• Candidates must possess the ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds; physical stamina is essential.
• Must hold a Minimum Class 5 driver’s license and possess a personal vehicle as public transportation is not available.
• Exceptional communication skills are required, with fluency in English—ensuring safety is paramount.
• Understanding of safety protocols and a dedicated commitment to adhering to all safety regulations is necessary.
• Exhibit a “Safety First Attitude” on a daily basis.
• CSTS 2020 certification is mandatory (may be provided).
• Applicants should provide their own CSA approved steel-toed boots and a mobile smartphone.

• Perform all aspects of concrete work, including placing, leveling, finishing, and curing
• Assist with form setting and removal (wood and metal forms)
• Operate power tools and hand tools related to concrete work
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete materials
• Ensure proper surface preparation before concrete placement
• Support the crew with general labour tasks as needed
• Clean and maintain work areas and tools
• Following safety protocols and supporting a culture of safety within the team.
