We are looking for a Concrete Production Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high production standards

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Concrete Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the production floor, directing a team of 4 team leaders, over a team of 27 people, coordinating team activities, identifying issues and resolving them, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. You will play a key role in optimizing efficiency and maintaining quality throughout the production process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor quality control and address any issues proactively.
• Train and develop team members to enhance performance.
• Maintain production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Production Planning to ensure the right workers and skill sets are in the right place to meet daily production deadlines
