Description

We are asmall, friendly team seeking an organised and motivated individual to join our office between 7:30am and 4:30pm Monday - Friday.
This role is central to the smooth running of our operations, ensuring customer orders are scheduled and delivered on time.
You will be responsible for quoting, booking and planning daily concrete deliveries, speaking to customers, drivers, and the batching plant, and supporting general office administration.
Previous industry experience is welcome but not essential — full training will be provided. We value a positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and the ability to adapt in a busy environment.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.
  • Competent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls and enquiries regarding quotes, orders and delivery status.
  • Plan and schedule daily concrete deliveries in line with customer orders and site requirements.
  • Liaise with customers to confirm delivery times, order adjustments, and any site access restrictions.
  • Allocate loads to mixer trucks efficiently, minimising waiting times and maximising fleet usage.
  • Communicate with drivers and batching plant staff throughout the day to adapt to changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all orders, deliveries, and amendments.
  • Support accounts with invoicing and reconciliation of delivery notes.
  • Assist in general office administration when required.
