Trademaster are recruiting for concrete yard operatives to work for a well known concrete drainage manufacturing company based in Pollington
Start Monday 28/04/2025 - Induction 8.30am
Shift pattern is Monday to Friday 6am till 2pm with overtime on weekdays and weekend also
Pay is £13.14 per hour for the first 40 hours / anything over 40 hours worked paid at £19.71 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. As a Concrete Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete for various construction projects. This role requires a combination of technical skills and physical stamina, making it essential for candidates to be comfortable with heavy lifting and using various hand and power tools.

• Assist in the preparation of concrete mixes according to specifications.
• Pour, spread, and finish concrete using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Perform heavy lifting tasks as required during the construction process.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
• Assist with masonry tasks as needed, including laying bricks or blocks.
• Support carpentry work related to concrete forms and structures.
• Conduct basic maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
