Lead, Inspire, and Drive Success We are seeking a motivated and results-driven leader to join our Concrete Operations team as the Concrete Plant Manager at our Orange & Blayney sites in Central West NSW. Based in Orange and reporting to the Area Manager, this is a diverse leadership role that combines operational management, sales, and financial oversight across our concrete operations. You'll play a pivotal part in the success of our plant and contribute to the growth of Heidelberg Materials in the region. This position would be an excellent career development opportunity for an experienced Concrete Batcher who is ready to take the next step into a leadership position. Key Responsibilities As Concrete Plant Manager, you will: Take ownership of day-to-day plant operations, including safety, production, sales, and customer service. Drive financial performance through effective cost management, budgeting, and P&L accountability. Foster strong customer relationships and seek out new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Lead and support your team to consistently deliver excellent service and operational outcomes. Conduct market analysis and gather regional intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and team collaboration. About You This role is ideal for a motivated and experienced leader who: Has successfully led teams through change and delivered sustainable growth. Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through clear communication and trust. Is passionate about exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
