POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are currently looking for a responsible, dependable, safe and capable Concrete Pump Operator. If you have experience operating a concrete pump and are looking for stable employment, then hit the apply button!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid class 1 or 3 drivers license with air brake endorsement.
  • Clean driving record evidenced by drivers abstract.
  • 1+ years of previous experience with operating a concrete pump truck or mixer truck.
Responsibilities
  • Pre and post trip inspection including checking oil, antifreeze, boom, etc.
  • Ensure all necessary equipment, such as hoses, blow out ball, etc. are available.
  • Fill water tank at the water station.
  • Correspond with dispatch on job site information and address.
  • Drive pump truck to job sites in a safe manner.
  • Put down outrigger pads and extend outriggers leveling pump.
  • Unfold boom and attach hoses as needed.
  • Uncover the hopper and prime pump with water.
  • Operation of remote-control console to control flow of product.
  • Guide trucks back to pump hopper and coordinate concrete into hopper.
  • Communicates with site crews and placers.
  • Keep a clean and tidy truck both inside and out.
  • Participate in all safety policies and procedures including reviewing weekly HSEs, identifying hazards, reporting incidents, wearing PPE, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.
