JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have amore than five years of experience overseeing residential and commercial concrete flatwork, sidewalks, curbs, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in concrete work, more than 5 years
• Ability to read and understand blue prints
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

• Supervise daily operations and ensure adherence to company safety and quality policies and procedures.
• Manage and supervise the site crew to install formwork, rebar, and place concrete for sidewalks, curbs, garage pads, basements, etc.
• Plan the work as per drawings
• Place Orders for materials such as rebar, concrete, etc.
