Are you passionate about asset reliability and preventative maintenance? We’re looking for a Condition Monitoring Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the performance and longevity of our fixed plant equipment.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Condition Monitoring Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for a team of 8 technicians monitoring the health of our assets through data collection, sampling, and testing. Your insights will directly support our preventative maintenance programs and help drive operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leading a team of NDT and VA technicians to support plant operations and maintenance teams
  • Apply monitoring, sampling, and testing techniques including, but not limited to, rotating and vibrating equipment, to gather asset health data
  • Identify and escalate potential asset defects based on established parameters
  • Prepare condition and performance reports to support maintenance decisions
  • Contribute to the reliability and sustainability of our assets
