Job Title: Conditions Specialist Location: TX - Dallas/Irving What you'll do: As a Conditions Specialist you'll be responsible for the reviewing, validating and processing of mortgage loan conditions to ensure compliance with agency guidelines for Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loan files. You'll be responsible for analyzing documentation provided by the client and promptly remediate stipulations within SLA. Ensure each file contains the designated set of documentation and meets acceptable Underwriting and Compliance (DU, LQA, Fraud and Compliance) standards and complies with established guidelines. Accurately review loan documentation and collateral files. Verify accuracy of data between documents and systems. Analyze documentation provided by the client and promptly remediate stipulation. Achieve a minimum of 95% Productivity, 85% Quality, 95% completion within SLA. What you'll need: 1+ years of related experience in Mortgage Post Closing, Mortgage Loan Processing or similar field. High school diploma required. Entry level to intermediate knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending; including sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services. Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. Knowledge in all areas of loan documentation, loan policies/guidelines, and procedures with an understanding of current mortgage lending. Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
