JOB DESCRIPTION:

Are you an experienced professional in the condo development world with a passion for seamless closings and excellent customer service? We’re seeking a Condo Conveyance Coordinator to join our team on a short-term basis to help ensure a smooth and efficient transition from development to move-in for our valued buyers.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

In this term position, you will play a critical role in supporting and coordinating all aspects of the condo closing process. You’ll serve as a key point of contact between lawyers, buyers, and strata management, helping to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Coordinate with legal teams to facilitate condo closings.
· Send Completion Notices.
· Organize and schedule buyer move-ins.
· Address and resolve buyer concerns and inquiries.
· Assist in procuring and collaborating with strata management companies.
· Fill in any administrative or coordination gaps that arise during the closing phase.
