About the Role Flow House Miami is a modern, design-forward condominium redefining the resident experience through hospitality, service, and seamless technology. We are building a culture centered on connection, care, and elevated living. Flow House Miami is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Condominium Administrative Assistant for a short-term assignment supporting our management team during the initial operations of the condominium. This role is essential to maintaining structure, supporting resident communications, and ensuring administrative excellence. \n Responsibilities Organize and maintain digital and physical files for residents, vendors, and operations. Assemble, prepare, and distribute resident welcome packets and orientation materials. Draft and send professional emails, notices, and updates to residents, vendors, and partners. Support with resident contact updates, document management, and internal communications. Coordinate with vendors for scheduling, COI tracking, and follow-ups. Maintain office supplies and ensure a neat, professional administrative workspace. Assist the General Manager with ongoing administrative projects and building setup tasks. Ideal Background Minimum 1 year of administrative or office support experience preferred. Exceptional organization and multitasking abilities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). Professional, polished, and dependable demeanor. \n
