Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager with 2+ years of property management experience with a General Licence designation to join our team. Being a self-starter who is responsible and able to work autonomously with strong leadership skills is essential. This role requires working on-site 2-3 days a week in Mississauga, supported by a dedicated Assistant Property Manager

Responsibilities
  • Daily Site Operations – Oversee the day-to-day operations of the building, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are consistently met.
  • Vendor Management – Coordinate and supervise third-party service providers (e.g., cleaners, security, maintenance), including contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and invoice approvals.
  • Board & Resident Communication – Serve as the primary liaison between the condominium board, residents, and management company, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Financial Oversight – Assist with budget preparation, monitor expenditures, review financial reports, and ensure timely collection of maintenance fees.
  • Building Maintenance & Capital Projects – Plan and manage preventative maintenance programs, repair work, and capital improvement projects in accordance with the reserve fund plan.
  • Staff Supervision – Oversee on-site staff such as concierge, cleaners, and building operators, ensuring they perform duties effectively and in accordance with building policies.
