Pennine Security Solutions is looking for a dependable, experienced and talented Site Supervisor to lead a team of guards in the Etobicoke area .

• Manage and support a team of Concierge/Security professionals
• Keeping communication open and flowing between all staff in the building
• reading all logs, reports and administrational documents for the site
• Onsite inspections of area locations
• Act as a front line ambassador to staff, residents, and guests
• Maintain a strong physical image of safety protocols
• Conduct timely internal and external patrols of the property
• Monitor all workplace activities related to violence and provide support to management as required
• Ensure the facility’s safety and emergency protocols are in place and followed in response to fire alarms and site emergencies
• Complete daily (site specific) reports to ensure direct communication between your guards
• Address and report incidents in a timely manner
• Performing other duties (administrational or other) as assigned
