What you need to know about this position:
This position plays a critical role within the PCM and Confections team, enabling Mondelezgrowth agenda through structure and efficient delivery of the Confections pipeline. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions and categories and support a diverse and fast-moving portfolio. Experience in the Confections category is a plus, given the cluster
s strategic importance and unique seasonal dynamics.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $117,400 to $161,425; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
