We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conference and Banqueting Associate to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation, coordination and execution of events, ensuring the highest standards of service and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of conference and banquet rooms to the Hotel standards and the client’s specification.
  • Have Conference & Banqueting experience within hotels, including delivering food/beverage service.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences
  • Service the meeting and conference rooms for coffee breaks, lunch, etc. as needed
  • Liaise with the Events Office to ensure function sheets are up to date.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Handle any issues or concerns that arise during events promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain the highest possible standard of personal hygiene, uniform, appearance and conduct at all times.
  • Adhere to our health & safety training, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces and storage areas.
