This role is responsible for overseeing financial and administrative functions, including cost control and asset protection, while ensuring smooth operational execution. The successful candidate will communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders to ensure shared ownership of event success, proactively identify training and development opportunities, and implement strategic plans to build team capability and consistently achieve performance goals.
