ABOUT THE ROLE

Pineapple Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious luxury country hotel, set in a stunning rural location. This award-winning 4-star red-rated property is renowned for its exceptional hospitality, fine dining, and outstanding event facilities.
We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Conference & Banqueting Supervisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a supportive and professional environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold the hotel’s high standards
  • Support the planning and execution of conferences, banquets, and events
  • Step in to lead the department in the absence of senior management
  • Mentor and train team members, including apprentices and trainees
  • Ensure all guest requirements are met promptly and professionally
  • Attend and contribute to regular team briefings and planning meetings
  • Maintain health and safety standards and report any risks or incidents

Pay: £29,500.00-£34,000.00 per year
