Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with commercial partners, sponsors, and suppliers to deliver a world-class event. Monitor budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee financial performance against targets. Serve as the main commercial liaison for sponsors and stakeholders before, during, and after the event. Ensure all aspects of the conference comply with health, safety, and political regulations. Track and report on key metrics, including revenue, attendance, and sponsor engagement, providing actionable insights for future events. Key Requirements: Proven experience in event sales, sponsorship, or conference management, ideally for large-scale political or corporate events. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of securing high-value sponsorships and meeting sales targets.
