We’re now looking for a Conference and Events Sales Co-ordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for people, service and sales excellence.
As our Conference and Events Sales Co-ordinator, you’ll be the key link between potential clients and their perfect event. You’ll manage enquiries from start to finish, creating bespoke proposals, coordinating all booking elements, and making sure each guest experience exceeds expectations. From site visits to upselling and CRM management, your attention to detail and customer-first mindset will shine.

Responsibilities
  • Drive and convert event enquiries across corporate and private sectors
  • Deliver exceptional client journeys – from first call to final feedback
  • Collaborate with catering, operations, and the venue team to bring events to life
  • Use CRM tools (Salesforce/Priava) to manage data with precision and integrity
  • Ensure payment processes and event documentation are seamless and timely
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table through proactive business development and local networking
