Thornton Hall Hotel is looking for a motivated and experienced Conference & Events Supervisor to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality, who enjoys leading a team and delivering excellent guest experiences—particularly in events and functions.

• Oversee daily operations within the Food & Beverage department, focusing on events and private functions
• Lead and support front-of-house teams during service
• Ensure high standards of food and drink service at all times
• Train, coach, and motivate team members
• Manage guest interactions to ensure a memorable experience
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service delivery
• Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards
