Description

You will ensure the smooth and efficient running of all Conference & Banqueting operations at the resort, with overall responsibility for the delivery of over 200 weddings a year, tribute nights, private events and day delegates for corporate conferencing and events. You will work alongside the F&B Operations Manager to complement their role of management of resort outlets.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Passionate about delivering the highest standards of customer care
  • Strong people management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Able to multi-task under pressure, prioritise effectively and meet tight deadlines
