We’re now looking for a hands-on, organised Conference & Banqueting Manager to lead the delivery of events and ensure every guest experience is seamless from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the day-to-day operations of the conference and banqueting department
  • Overseeing event set-up, service, and breakdown across meetings, banquets, and private functions
  • Managing, training, and motivating the events service team
  • Working closely with the kitchen and sales teams to deliver seamless guest experiences
  • Monitoring budgets, staffing levels, and stock control to ensure profitability
  • Handling guest feedback and ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
