Responsibilities
  • From set-up to implementation to dismantling - you and your colleagues will ensure that our events run smoothly.
  • Events always involve changes at short notice - you inspire our guests with your hands-on mentality.
  • Whether it’s a parliamentary seating arrangement, full technical equipment or just 5 more flipcharts on the spur of the moment - you’ll ensure the perfect set-up of our meeting rooms.
  • You always keep our meeting areas clean and tidy
  • With your smile you serve our food and drinks or always have an eye on the buffet and our creative coffee breaks
  • You proactively see the work and lend a hand in every service area and at any time of day
